Abstract:Discusses some of the most difficult courses Jay Morrish has worked on. Described Clint Eastwood's Haymouth course as one of the most challenging to build due to its elevation changes and deep canyons. Explains that the market for building daily fee courses is very low and that currently most courses being built are clubs. Describes the difficulting in building aesthetically pleasing residential golf communities.
